but if combined with large quantities of caffeine......it will have you completely out of your box on about 150mg of the stuff. 4-5 hours of being spaced out and stupid-headed and you won't give a fucking shit about the headache because there's every chance you'll just forget you're alive. But maybe I just have a low tolerance for dirty synthetic opioids.
