You're doing something wrong.Some things require you to log in using email address and password but the only time it asks for a PIN is when it asks if you wish to set one the first time you view "age restricted content".
Clear your cookies and try again.

Believe meI haven't. Tried everything it just comes up with a box saying "you have to be 18 to view this content"
This is after spending an entire day watching from series one to eight
