DON'T sit there and eat the whole thing
DON'T tell us AFTER you've finished it that it was cold/not rare enough/too gristly when it is not possible for that cut to have gristle, or too fatty.

Don't pick on the smallest shyest waitress to make her night miserable just because you're a miserable fucking cunt yourself.

And Don't EVER do all of that - then show up the next night acting like nothing has happened. I'll spit in your fucking coffee next time you do that.

but my argument still stands. If someone has a problem with the way their food is cooked - then they need to speak up instead of abusing the junior staff. It's rude, cunty and won't make the replacement food come any faster - no matter how horrible they are to staff.

I am very particular on my steaks
so I do send them back if I order it blue and it comes to me any other way I will send it back politely and ask for another cooked as I requested.

Most chefs I know pride themselves on cooking a steak properly and will sort it out for you.

However I had one bad experience with a bunch of cunts in.... surprise surprise.... Weatherspoons. I was in one in Camden market, ordered Blue and on my receipt was printed "Bleu" When it arrived it was medium at best but closer to medium well done.

I politely pointed this out to the waitress who kicked off saying they don't do a blue steak. I showed her my receipt and she huffed and puffed and stormed off bringing me another about 10 minutes later. cooked exactly the bloody same but with no mushrooms.

When I commented on this she said "We ain't got no mushrooms left now" "What, its still not right? no pleasin' you is there" I asked for my money back, they refused and I left.

Fucking twats. I'd never go back.

See I have no problem with this
As long as people point it out BEFORE they eat the whole thing, because then we can fix it and everyone is happy.

If I were that waitress - I would have had no problems with taking it back - because if you order a blue steak - then you should be getting one.

The chef at my work would have been more then happy to do another steak for this customer - but seeing as how the customer ate the whole thing before even calling a waitress over - it rather defeated the purpose of complaining in the first place.

If people aren't going to speak up when we can actually help and sort things out, then personally I feel they should just suck it up instead of abusing the wait staff - most wait staff are very professional and only want the best for the customers so everyone is happy.
Sounds like you got a real bitch of a waitress at weaherspoons.

We don't have weatherspoons here. and from the descriptions i've been noting around here - maybe that's a good thing?

They do cheap food, thrown thru a microwave. The booze is cheap tho, which is nice.

I had one lady complain her burger was burnt, after she ate it.
Another lady sent back the "homemade chips", basically we take a whole potato, chip it, steam it and roast it, because it was too big....
The best is the stupid bint who order the hot pot of the week, which her friend was eating, then sent it back because it was too spicy. She got banned after being a stuck up bitch to the co-owner. Got she was a cow, the "customer, that is.
