Empty the bins at 8 o'clock on a Monday morning. To really fuck people off make sure you do this on the main road out of town causing traffic to back up for miles.

Ours come round at 6.30.

Particularly fun when the noise wakes you and you realise you forgot to put the bin out and have about 30 seconds to get dressed, get downstairs and take the bloody thing outside.
