Ive frozen milk for years.
Buy about 8 pints in the supermarket on your weekly big shop, stick 6 pints in the freezer, when your ready to use it leave it out in a sauce pan or bowl (condensation builds up and leaves a pool of water at the base)
never had a problem, although it does turn yellow whilst frozen, once defrosted its white and normal again.
