Simply break it into quarters (over the glass is best) before dropping it in. The increased surface area will make it desolve in a quarter of the time.

Cheaper, IIRC, particularly if they're running their eternal 3-for-2 offer on vitamin products; with the added bonus that theirs come without Aspartame*.
* Conspiracy theories aside, the fact is that it makes some people very ill (eg. PKU sufferers, although this is usually diagnosed early). For most people, it may well be safe; however I've found that it seems to disagree with me. If you're feeling run down, this is one more thing to try cutting out - if I accidentally swallow some now, it makes me very nauseous (probably because now I'm not accustomed to frequent doses causing a continual low-level malaise).
Disclaimer: The previous result was reached without the usage of control groups or an effective double-blind methodology. It could just be psychological, and the taste is merely an associative trigger from a stressful time in my life when I was tipping a lot of that stuff back.

I am not a pharmamolocomagician, but I'm very wary of drinks containing aspartame because it tends to make them taste like shit. Can't tell Pepsi Max from Pepsi? My arse!
