Super Al has long been a hero of mine...as he should be of every Englishman - (Even Bitter Man U fans who never got over the fact that he told them to shove their £20m up their arse)...

I was at Highfield Road a few years back when he spanked a hat-trick past us as part of a 5-1 victory in the glory days of the Toon.

I was amazed at how short he is though...you don't notice it on the telly. But by Jingo the boy could play (and deliver a perfectly timed elbow to the face of our twattish centre-halfs)

So if anyone can save Newcastle right now...he can...trouble is I'm not sure if anybody can.

Newcastle seem to be a club with quite a few problems at the moment.
