This is a question Starting something you couldn't finish

Finnbar says: I used to know a guy who tattooed LOVE across his left knuckles, but didn't tattoo HATE on the other knuckles because he was right-handed and realised he couldn't finish. Ever run out of skills or inspiration halfway through a job?

The bloody Godfather
I must have watched the first 20 minutes of that 20 times.

Christ it's boring.

.
I've done the same with the Matrix.

Just can't get into it.

it's not worth it
thought it was great when it came out, then they released the other two. fucking awful crap which made me realise how shit the first one is.

The dialogue is just ridiculous. Everything is said as if it is the most important thing ever.

Fav line from that film:
Where Larry Fishburne is explaining how the Matrix is one big AI shitmonster, and the 'Hacker-by-night/software developer-by-day' Neo / Ted Theodore Logan pipes up and says "You mean... [pause] Artificial Inteligence?"

I was really hoping he would follow with "...No Way Dude!"

p.s. The Godfather is pretty good once it gets going, but I've know marriages that haven't lasted as long as that opening wedding scene.

I don't see why its so good according to some folks. I had the game by EA which was better.

Read the books
They are way better. I read these before seeing the film, and as usual, the films just don't do the written word justice.

I'm with Peter Griffin on the subject
"I did not care for The Godfather. I love The Money Pit."

And it does insist on itself.
