my mix
for a muffin tray of 12
250ml milk
250ml water
500ml flour (i know, not weight just use the litre jug you used for the milk ect
2 large eggs 1 egg white
get oil in the bottom 8th of each muffin hole
heat that fucking oil to 215 degrees
mix yer batter then pour into boiling oil
get that fucking tray back into the oven
then turn the oven down to 190
cook the basterds for 25 min
get your yorkie on
