Did you move the Yorkshires on the plate
..or just rotate the plate? Because if it's the first one, then you also must have some sort of way of determining where the top of the plate is, which might make interesting (relatively speaking) reading.

Perhaps not.
If the plates have, I don't know, pictures of ducks on them, they might have an absolute top, where the duck is the right way up, rather than a relative top as you've described. I was just wondering if this was the sort of stuff you thought about.
