I'd have to take issue with Whitney HoustonShe wasn't as far as I recall, too much of a warbler - and regardless of whether you like her music, she was an astonishing singer. And one of the best looking divas of her era.
I'd substitute her with Christina Aguilera. No doubt she has a very good voice, but all that up and down stuff just ruins it for me. Leave it to the taletntless twerps in One direction.
