There's fuck all wrong with pub covers bands.

I've left bands because they went on to do 'other things' like get a shitty record contract (one toured the US which tbh, I wouldn't have minded doing!), because I wanted to and continue to play in pubs.

EDIT: The sentences of the OP seems well enough constructed to me (aside from the obvious grammatical error in the second). There's even a question mark at the end of questions, which is something sadly amiss most elsewhere on the Internet.
