The album I bought had a DVD of them playing St. Anger in their rehearsal area,and with Lars having exchanged the acetylene cylinder for an actual snare drum, the songs sound a lot better.
On the album though, it renders the songs unlistenable. No idea who agreed that it was a good idea, but someone should have told them that the pint-sized Danish Emperor was actually naked.
