This is a question Worst Person for the Job

In a week where it emerges that the new Health Secretary is a fan of the hocus-pocus that is homeopathy, tell us about people who are spectacularly out of their depth in a job. Have you ever found yourself wallowing in your own incompetence? Tell us. (Note: "Name of football manager/politician - nuff said" does not constitute an answer)

Sepp Blatter
At first glance, Sepp Blatter might seem like a perfect candidate for this QOTW; arrogant, inept and embarrasingly prone to faux pas. However, an organisation as full of cunts as FIFA couldn't really have found a more apt representative than him - as a figurehead of the sorriest bunch of wankers known to football, he's pretty much unrivalled.

Sepp Blatter would be a hopeless QOTW-er.
He holds a position of influence in the real world, likes sport and is utterly impervious to people making jokes about him or criticising him.

Also
I would imagine he's probably had sex with a woman at some point. In real life. And doesn't just tell sex lies.

I bet he's never used OKcupid or told someone off for telling jokes either.

I can't work out...
Whether he's written a shit book or just been the subject of one, though.

What on Earth makes you think he likes sport?
He has displayed no evidence of such a hobby. He just likes being treated like a senior world statesman, getting put up in the best hotels with entertainment laid on wherever he goes.

If he liked football, in particular, he'd be doing things to improve it, rather than blocking every suggestion on the grounds that if kids in a park can't have it, nobody else can either. (Notable exception - most kids kicking a ball about in the park don't get paid enough to build a small general hospital every year.)

Besides the fact all the other evidence points away from him being a fan of sport...
... Unless he's a secret sumo wrestler or spare Hungry Hippo.

if it makes you feel better
when the announcer said that he was about to hand out the medals after the women's footy at the olympics, the crown spontaneously booed.

Soccer, if you please.
