My Wii broke
and I took it back to the Gamestation, only to be told that they weren't going to do anything as it was my fault and they could do me for fraud. :( But it wasn't my fault, I know it wasnt.

Write to their head office, explain that it went wrong for no reason, and also tell them that the employee in the shop threatened you with legal action (which he did, as he accused you of fraud).

Even if you did break it, trying to get a replacement is not fraud, as you're not trying to defraud them out of any money - you don't stand to gain anything.

Unless, of course, you've taken all the insides out and are trying to return an empty case to them.
