Actually if someone were to suggest to the police that there was enough drugs in your house to count as "Dealing quantity"
they would have a warrent in a few hours and be able to force a drugs test on you regardless of what they found.

However that person would be a prick.

all they'd find in that house is rising damp
and falling woodworm

thats a bit mean.
did you get a sammich?
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:13, archived)
you're going to have to narrow it down a bit!

Not a dealey amount, he's not dealing
And they cannot do a drugs test. You can be in an interview whizzing off your tits and nothing would happen without proof. It's not illegal to take drugs. That's why dealers swallow pills when police enter clubs, and why coppers try to stop you swallowing.

They can with an accusation of dealing.
Look it up , I dont want to argue.

*cough*
The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

I give up.

"dealers swallow pills when police enter clubs"
Ummm ... right ... dealers would tend to have tens of pills or grammes of whatever powders they're dealing. Unless they're suicidal emos or have the constitution of a bull elephant, they're not going to swallow all that.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:13, archived)
The ones who keep pills under their tongues and shit
I've seen them do it
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:15, archived)
you just said the police stop them swallowing..

(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:16, archived)
What are you talking about?
Think carefully before digging any deeper. Remember this is a public messageboard and lots of people can see what you're typing.

When a copper knows you have drugs in your hand, and they're going to your mouth
They will try to stop you swallowing. Once they're in there, they can't do anything about it, unless you were proven to be dealing.

You've been watching too much telly.

(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:20, archived)
wrong
Police can search you , detain you and Impose a drugs test with "reasonable beleive".

A member of the public accusing you can count for this.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:22, archived)
If you're driving, or operating machinery you can be tested
You don't get tested if you're in a club, high as a kite.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:25, archived)
Yes you can.
you should learn the law a bit better if you intend to break it.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:30, archived)
would these drugs have been paid for out of your DLA had you received it?
?

I was just wondering that myself
She's on benefits for those handy cabs yet she still has cash for drugs. Interesting.
(, Thu 22 Nov 2007, 14:20, archived)
I'd love the government to pay for my drugs
:(

well... they could still be in the bag...
edit: also, the prospect of evading arrest and getting your stomach pumped might be more appealing that getting sent down and becoming Big Bad Dave Aids' Bitch for 10 years

You could just say you took a lot of solphadine....
When I was in the hospital ages ago, they thought I was a smack head, from the blood test, because of all the opients.
