well, one is the real taste
and the other is the taste of a flavouring that tries to be real but isn't.

Example: I love fresh strawberries, but I hate strawberry-flavoured chewing gum.

Banana flavoured things are fucking vile. Apart from bananas.
No banana milkshake, banana yoghurt, banana sorbet, banana ice cream etc...
It's not just artificial flavourings with me either. Cooked bananas are equally as vile.
No banana cake, banana bread or banana bread beer either.
Just a nice, simple, plain green-side-of-yellow banana for me thanks!
