I'm doing last minute revision of good essay phrases and idioms to slip in.
"dans la semaine des quatre jeudis et trois dimanches" (in the week of four Thursdays and three Sundays) meaning "when pigs fly" is the current favourite.

But it's not the same idiom in French. You'd say "Quand les poules auront des dents" meaning 'when hens have teeth'.
