Thing is though, we'll increase their wages and it will probably add up to more than what they were claiming in the first place.

It still amazes me that people are like "WHAT?!? MPs being dishonest?!?!" It's what they do for a living, they are going to claim more than what they deserve because of their over inflated view of self worth.
