i've just measured you on the bmi, and even if by a little under 13 stone means 12 stone, you are still within the healthy range.

BMI can be misleading.
Anyone who's built up more muscle than the average bear will show up as overweight. Anyone with less muscle mass will show up underweight.
You're better off getting a body fat anaylsis, and combining that with BMI.
