I installed IE7 on a load of machines
Ran a telephony report,
Moved a desk,
Had a couple of beers for lunch,
Retrieved some phone calls from the call logger,
Fixed some other problems.

I work in IT.

Tonight I shall focus on my random burns.

Or beer if the receptionist turns up at my front door

Beer at lunch would just knock me out later on

I've been doing it since I worked here
and to be honest, IT is a lot better drunk.

I want to work in IT

It doesn't sound like I've done much
but it has been a truly stressful day. I didn't know how I was going to fit it all in. The report itself took about 2 hours.

And I'm still working on installing IE7

Well I'm sure if you're good at it you can do it
but not all departments are like the I.T. crowd.

Mine is though :D

All I want is a job in IT.
Pretty tough out there at the moment though.

I seeeeeeeeee
London is where all the good IT jobs are at, tbh.

Not really about good jobs, its availability
I know 10 people who are going for the same jobs I am.. plus whoever else is job hunting. It's a ballache.

Yowzer!

One of our more senior chefs upped sticks a while back.
They put an advert in the Job Centre and got no less than 350 (allegedly) experienced and fully-qualified applicants phoning up. In one day!

Some of them were from as far away as Kendal (we're in Bradford.)

I imagine about 90% of those don't know what they're talking about though

Ouch!

Oof!
