does anyone have any top staying awake tips? I keep dozing off sitting here and I've got parental responsibilities

to the other parent?
Or drug them both. Either way, you wouldn't like my suggestions otherwise.
(Caffeine in large amounts, or lots of exercise)

don't like most caffeine sources, and can't have too much while breastfeeding anyway
not well enough to exercise - feel like I'm suffering narcolepsy right now, something I've not had for years and years and I think it's because I walked back from the doctor's this morning via the supermarket. I was so exhausted I had to sit down and do absolutely nothing for fifteen minutes before I could unpack the shopping. mentioned to the GP how tired the slightest thing was making me and he says it's normal after a 'flu virus and just to rest as much as possible

should perk you up a bit and in 30 years when they're Tory back-benchers they can go on about how "it never did them any harm"
