I'm okay with all the IT problems we get at work
except Microsoft Outlook. I just don't get it. I don't get why it never works how it should or why it mysteriously decides it no longer likes passwords or doesn't want to accept password changes or why it's just shit or why it has to be used at all.

I´m getting an arcmail appliance so people can just access any emails quickly without having to worry about outlook, archiving etc..
