Let's face it, if you are simple enough to smoke in a car with children in it, then this un enforceable law won't make any difference
More focus on making people more intelligent, conscious and moral
Not self centred, hedonistic, fools drowning in a moral malaise

mmmmm.....
moral malaise

Thing is, right, drivers can then go home and light up in the kid's bedroom and they won't be able to get away from it there either. If you're that determined to give your child asthma you'll find a way.

Also, how the fuck will the police enforce it, they can't even stop every other cunt from going down the road with a fucking IPAD balanced on the steering wheel.

It's almost as if legislation is something that politicians can do for minimal cost in order to push responsibility onto law enforcement and the public.

There are stickers up in my town's bus shelters that smoking in them is an offence, it doesn't stop anyone doing it, though.
Dunno if the police are in the habit of arresting people for being an inconsiderate prick.

leave smokers alone :(

Ain't got a problem with them if they don't come and sit right next to me to do it.
Well yeah, I could stand outside and get soaked if it bothers me that much.

Yeah!
If it weren't for those punitive taxes and early deaths, I wouldn't have these free prescriptions.

Who's that a quote from, then?
Bit rich if it's a politician lecturing people about being self-centered.
As to the proposed new legislation (not that they've actually proposed anything, yet), I expect it to be an unenforceable waste of everyone's time.

If they were serious about stopping all mobile usage while driving it'd be punishable by an instant ban.
