This is meant to be a nice suburban neighbourhood
- but I'm afraid the Cyberpunk 2020 predictions were right :(
Gentrification of downtown neighbourhoods drove the disenfranchised into the suburbs, causing white flight from the suburbs into new arcologies, leaving the middleclass zones of the 1990s to become the Combat Zone of the 21st century.
