I mean preparing, the cooking will happen later
The chops have a 2-stage marinate process and the seekhs are shaped and firming up in the fridge. Whether I can be arsed to cook them over charcoal very much depends on how many pints I have beforehand. Tbf I have cooked the dal and made the sauce for the paneer, but won't stir the cheese in until the last minute to maintain crispiness.
