Pickled radish smells odd
there's some very strange odours coming from that jar in the fridge...

Do not pickle radish. It will smell of arse.

I know this because I pickled radishes and they smelled of arse.

I think they smell similar to a ripe, runny French cheese. Also, the smell seems to be abating now - the vinegar may have gotten rid of the sulphurous odour.
