I very much doubt it
The hotel is one I've stayed at before and it has a jacuzzi and bar on the roof. Kids are not allowed on the roof. I can sit in a jacuzzi all day in the sunshine getting merrily hammered, especially as it's all inclusive

There was a group of 20 pissed-up scousers on my 6am flight to Dubrovnik the other day.
19 women and one token flamboyant gay bloke who seemed to be in charge of allocating the two shiny silver foil peaked caps they were sharing. They place they were heading to sounds like what you describe.
