Ordered Metroid Prime remastered, when the console arrives I'll get Mario Kart 8, plus the Advance Wars reissue. Further down the line will get both Zeldas, and Metroid Dread.

Yep, that should keep you happy for a long time. You clearly do know your onions.
Both Zeldas are amazing and will get you 100 hours or more of gameplay each. I recommend BotW first, and not playing them back-to-back or it might get too repetitive. So get BotW now, is what I'm saying.

Also Mario Odyssey is an absolute belter.

Yeah, Breath of the Wild once I've finished Metroid Prime
Hopefully Switch games will get cheaper once the Switch 2 comes out.
