Well. Things moved quickly. After filling in the form to ask to get Italian citizenship I was told it had some typos but they've called me and the other half in anyway to see the paperwork. It's all moved very quickly. A bit too quickly, to be honest. I don't have hard copies of all the certificates they're going to want to see but hey. This is Italy. I'm sure I can offer them a bribe...

I worked in there. The place is a fucking mad house. Italian police inside. Everyone and everything inside is Italian. Bloody hard to fix anything quickly.

I submitted the online form last night and someone called me back today
it all seems very confused. There is a typo on the form I submitted but they've called me in anyway to show our paperwork but we only have electronic versions of a couple of forms.

The whole thing seems absolutely mad as cheese.

I looked into getting a Canadian passport
But the paperwork was ludicrous so I gave up on the idea.
