They're honestly some of the most lovely, non-judgemental people we've ever met.
We met in China where she was teaching English as a foreign language, for the same company my wife did a few years earlier. They're basically the same person, but different nationalities. Kept in touch, they came to our wedding, fantastic company. Would meet again A+++
