It's a lack of time - I only have weekends (and not everyone of those).
Plus I have had to skim the dining room as the plaster was so poor. I took a long time over this to get it right.
Next after this will be doing the bathrooms, which I don't mind, apart from the tiling, which I hate.

the fact that "blood diamonds" are called such because they're mined and sold to support civil war or the fact that diamonds are actually relatively common and the only reason they're so expensive is because De Biers have a total monopoly on them?

Lunch was a baguette with nothing in it.
I don't know. If I'm honest maybe I would. I've never been in a situation like that.

I've just eaten four soft tacos from a street food stall on Lower Marsh and feel really, really sick.
I don't know why I shared that.
Oh and this weekend involves two cinema trips, because I promised to take my neice to see Scientists In An Adventure With Pirates*, forgetting it was the weekend The Avengers comes out.
*Or Pirates In An Adventure With Scientists, or Pilates and Scientology or whatever the fuck it's called.

I still haven't watched any Game Of Thrones.
I've got the first series downloaded, but I just don't fancy it anytime I'm by the PC.

One of my workmates has offered to lend me them, so no I haven't but I will. However I currently have 8 books on loan from the library which I really should read first. Mostly Marvel stuff, and Sandman, since you're asking

How did you not know this?
It's not like I don't talk about it all the fucking time.
Without wanting to get too annoying for other people, I get everything DC puts out, maybe half what Marvel does and then a tonne of Vertigo & other trades. You can't beat Chew, Scalped and DMZ for me. And Fables.
Although the best thing I ever read was Y: The Last Man.
And I think I'll stop there before I show myself up worse than ever.

Look who you're talking to
The day I stand over a fellow b3tan and judge them for their nerdy lifestyle choice is... well, most days, but I won't do it to you cos you're a top bloke.
Must admit I've not read much DC other than Arkham Asylum, which is just about the best stand-alone thing I've ever read, apart from Watchmen (obviously). Love the Marvel stuff personally, Joss Whedon's Astonishing X-Men series is my personal fave.
Not been long into comics actually. I have much to learn.

Guitar shopping Saturday followed by a mahoosive steak dinner with G/F and daughter. Sunday will be twang club, lots of beer and an early evening snooze.
Alt: Lunch was liquid (only alcohol - no bodily fluids) with Pooflake.
