Short answer is yes though.
As things stand now you get an email account and ftp directory to keep b3ta stuff in.
There is no site as it orginally was just for emails when I took advantage of a £5 year hosting as a special off. Now that it costs me £80 a year I feel I have to set things up properly.

Not the cheapest
but inlimited ftp accounts, storage and bandwidth. Although I am limited to 50 email accounts (for some reason it goes from 1-50 free 51 to unlimited £999!
