# I saw one of those 'How Do They Make That Do That' type programs on Discovery
and they showed them making Oreos, and they aren't really proper cooked biscuits, they sorta make a dry cold dough and push it into flat moulds, slap it onto a conveyor-cum-oven for a few minutes till it dries out, and tah-dah, you got the 'biscuit'.

It was sorta like watching speed play-doh shape manufacture.
