For every egg add....
Greated cheese, about as much as you would put on half a slce of bread to just cover it, the cheese must be a strong mature cheder,
One level teaspoon of ENGLISH mustard per egg,
A tiny splash of milk,
Salt and WHITE pepper,
Opptionall is to finish off with finley chopped tomateos and/or ketchup when cooked if desired

ciabatta, thinly sliced beefsteak tomato on top, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and topped with mozzarella, then grilled until gooey. add salt and pepper. delicious!
