Link for bigger/better works for me, I hated the picture quality on b3ta.com/board/10376229 but seems it was good enough to get the idea across

We've only just gone up to 400k from 250, you can easily get a joke across in that, if it's not HD video enough for you post it on Youtube with a link to a still frame.
