Started in 2008
Dropped out in 2009 due to mental health. Now cannot afford university and get poorer quality care for my mental health. Big Society is fun!

At least ATOS will soon find you well enough for work, no matter how ill you are ;-)
They're great, they find everyone fit and well!

It starts with the questionair, where you're not alowed to say how ill you are....
Just how often you need the asistance of other people.....

They're watching you pull yourself together on the hidden camaras in the waiting room for the first 15 minutes they leave you there...
To monitor you while you think no one is watching you..

Been there, done that.
Fortunately I was referred to someone in my local council who knows all the benefits loopholes, so I survive, which is more than can be said for some. Rather have a job, though...

Unfortunatly, there is no point in being found fit for work and a job...
When there aren't enough jobs to actually go around ;-)

If people here
need some help with mental health services, e.g. finding services, benefit advise etc then PM me. Ill see what I can do. I work/volunteer for MIND and Rethink mental health and I'm a counsellor in training. So I know most of how the system works and where to get help.. Actually most people her on b3ta are slightly mad, but that's why I loves it here...loons
