but people weren't really complaining when they were able to buy their house at a rate of 4/5% which was unheard of a decade earlier...
and, the conservatives' PLAN A was to cut back... which they admit didn't work, so they went for PLAN B to boost the economy by spending money on construction etc... which incidentally was Labour's PLAN A.
