I've got a batch of mpegs (and DV encoded avi versions if that helps) which include an audio track. The audio is blank, but because it's there the filesize is huge.

Can anyone think of a nice easy way for me to ditch the audio track?

I have a demo copy of premiere, but can't work out how to get it to export an mpeg (either with or without audio! :-)

virtual dub can strip the sound off of avi files. It's a free program and it is very handy to have around.
