Seeing as they're hosting them themselves, then changing them to a very rude animation is out of the question.

I'd suggest either e-mailing them, or see if you can get a page saying how much you hate speeds-cartoons.com to rank above their site on Google.

but just showed it on their horrible site. They also kept your copyright intact, hence you cannot do much but mail them and threat them a bit with "legal action" unless they provide a link back or agree to other terms you'll set.
