bit of a thread waste but
so anyone like i've been quite stressed for the passed few months and last week i got a nose bleed.
This is the third in my life, the other one was caused by stress and the first one was caused when i fainted in the bathroom and hit my face on the toilet bowl.
I'd fainted at the sight of my own blood as i'd cut my finger (I'm not sure why i'm still not trapped in that paradox).
anyway to cut a long story short (too late) the partner reminded me that i'd sniffed in a fly by accident a couple of days earlier.
I thought i'd blew it out again, or at the very list digested it; but is it possibly there is a fly corpse stuck in my nasal passagway? it still feels all blocked up and there are small traces of blood when i blow, also it's only in one nostril..not the side that i sleep on either.
any idea's?

maybe the fly
has caused a mad infection which will eventually take over the whole of your head and then you'll become a fly/human hybrid that looks sort of human but with a fly's head and you'll have fly behavioral tendencies and throw up on your food before you eat it and basically sit on shit all day
or something
i've had loads of nosebleeds - most of them without explanation

Two things.
a) I've never had a nose bleed in my life.
b) My mother has the exact same problem at the moment, only it is in her ear. I'm finding it hilarious.

My guess is that it's not dead
It is very likely laying thousands of eggs in your brain and your body will soon have been taken over by billions of flies! It'll be like that movie, "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" except with you making more buzzing noises and obsessing over poo.

On Fark
they linked to a newsstory about a boy who had fly eggs in his bladder, flies kept crawling out of his penis.

a) why did you read this?
b) why are you telling us this?
c) what time is it?

I think they proved that story to be bullshit
They couldn't distinguish between the flies that supposedly came out of his penis and the ones that were already in the room.

3rd world doctors for you.
What were flies doing on the boy's penis though?

I very much doubt it....
and i dont think a fly has much blood in its body, so you would have blown it out by now.
Personally I would say that its probably stress your having problems with.
However I'm sure it can't hurt to visit your friendly GP
But I wouldn't worry about it too much!
PS. You could also sniff a spider to catch the fly

Stop
picking your nose :)
Agreed, it's unlikely to be a fly's corpse. Probably just congestion from hay fever or something, it's the first of spring after all and a little combined with raised blood pressure from stress.
Enmore medical centre, mate :) Actually probably something closer up your way.
