Thread Jack
I've had my computer for about 8 months now, I download 'warez' and recive loads of emails with attachments. Im about to Virus-Check for the first time - place your bets. //Edit - 1 hard disk filled more-or-less 100% with them, another about 70% - both 120GB.

I was going to say something along those lines,
but couldn't be arssed. If you drag the CD drive into the dustbin, it opens up the CD-Tray. Apparently you can do that with there equivelent to 'my computer'.

Err...
No. In OS X, you drag volumes you want to eject to the eject icon. Edit: and even in older versions of the Mac, when you could do that as a quick way of removing a volume, it still makes a fuckload more sense than having shutdown in your 'start' menu.

or
press the eject button on the keyboard.
