I'd have to go buy some cheese first.
but since I can't seem to find any proper cheese in america, it means I'd have to fly all the way over there.
I see your point, it is a bit of a task

if you post something like this, then someone elses work gets pushed off.
It's just a bit rude

...that pushes something off the bottom.
That is why hijacking another thread to make a silly point in more desirable than starting a new thread.

pmgt tom yells
trolls realize that they're upsetting people
trolls think it's fun or amusing
trolls stay around until they get bored
if we'd all just ignore them completely it wouldn't be any fun for them, and they'd leave faster
This person isn't so much a troll, as just very very slow. He needs help

if we'd all just ignore them completely it wouldn't be any fun for them, and they'd leave faster
but it would appear that 99% percent of people on here can't grasp that concept at all and feel the need to post a stream of messages making the troll threads some of the biggest on the board :\

...but if they post offensive or obscene things, I report them to their ISP/webspace provider.
Simple plan - and it works.

Simple plan - and it works.

like 'don't feed the trolls' and 'ignore them, they'll go away'. it hasn't ever worked before and i'm damn cunting certain it wont happen here.
in fact its these kind of messages that make the troll posts the longest.
plus they provide useful TJ opportunities.

if all the people that keep posting 'cock off's and 'dont feed the trolls' posts stood back a bit and didn't post, the troll would get less reaction and maybe fuck off a bit earlier ?
