
i discovered today that if you use imageready, you can give your gif about 25% lossy compression , makes the pics way smaller and still look alright

I make ALL of my gifs in Imageready. I just couldn't be arsed to do that one up right at the time.

very good-good-satusfactory-cause for concern, on my course, where satisfactory is the level a teacher should be at at that stage, I am at good or very good for everything bar classroom manageement and assessment, which are satisfactory. Which means I need to work on getting the little buggers to behave and to set more work and tests.
So on the whole, I'm reasonable.

the best thing to do is to make and example of one of the little bastards: cleave them in two lengthways with a samurai sword. Then see if the little fuckers play up when you're being externally assessed

...if you make disparaging comments about other board member's pictures, then you are going to attract some nasty comments.
If you can't say anything nice about a picture, then stay quiet.
If you think something is rubbish, then that's your cue to go and do something better - if you can't do something better then you have no right to criticise someone else.
