[challenge entry] I was pondering at the fantastic 'Banjovi' pic when I hit upon and idea
When I was a kid i used to speed up music and the guitars ALWAYS sounded like banjos and the singers ALWAYS sound like mice.
so I set upon speeding up Living On A Prayer.
There was a problem:
I have the recording equipment of an elk.

Anyhooo, I recorded it anyway. Result can be found at aa.1asphost.com/banjovi/Livin%20on%20a%20Prayer.wav

If anyone has the recording equipment of a true man as apposed to an elk i'd be interested in any results they could come up with.

# don't be too expectant

# fuck cooledit
i'm currently time matching it to a MIDI a tempo change every bar to ensure it sits, replacing some parts with a sampled banjo, shifting the entire thing an octave up and overlaying it, and seeing how it sounds.

damn technical knowledge :|
