# I'm sorry about this threadwaste boys and girls
My ImageReady has suddenly stopped working. It says 'Not enough memory to run'. This seems non fixable and happens even when no programs are running, although I can run Photoshop, Flash and 3DS Max all at once with no problems.

The thing is I make a brand new 'woo' every week, so are any of you kind enough to turn this gif of Batman running with a bomb in his hand into a woo for me and also optimise it? Or at least give me pointers to another animation program which is as good quality as Imageready?

I promise i'll give you a hand with whatever you want in the future!

Cheers me dears

This isn't technically a threadwaste, as the pic is still funny, but lets not get pedantic about it =)

# My RAM is absolutely fine - 1024 DDR
Like I said, I can run 3 high performance programs at once. It's not RAM. Or at least I hope it's not for the price I paid for this machine.

related to using the /3GB switch in the boot.ini on windows 2000 server. If you have any switches in your boot.ini try removing them temporarily.

# if flash is running
can't you use that to make animated gifs... optimize the frames first in PS then import them into Flash? (admittedly this is all supposition cos I've never actually done it...)
