From before, about the leaflets:
Yea, they are pretty much 'do what you like' leafylets, and we are giving them out in the town centre. And there is a female with me, so i probably wont get beaten up. They are basically 'why not give up religion, and do what you like instead?' rather than 'worship satan!'. At the bottom, at has 'www.b3ta.com', and 'woo, yay, and houpla!'. SO: be on the lookout! we will be mainly operating round byres road and the west end.

So b3ta's going to be overrun
by religious zealots now, trying to convert everyone?

good point
should probably be explicitly sanctioned by the owners of www.b3ta.com if you're going to print that at the bottom of it.

Here is the exact wording of the leaflet:
hey! are you bothered with boring old "regular" religion? try our new.... DIET RELIGION! bible free, commandment free, just do waht you like, all the time! Try getting rid of your old gods, and join the atheist religion for a hell free afterlife! Guaranteed paradise! throw away your holy textsm and enjoy a new life of freedom without a god. Its more fun when you have no morals or ethics!
remember, "if its not fun, dont bother, and go eat some ice cream instead!
www.b3ta.com
woo yay and houpla
************
of course, it si formatted to look pretty. nothing but b&w text though. You all okay with that?

I think the idea is class
it's whether or not adding b3ta.com to it draws in unnecessary and unwanted attention to the site. You might find that it draws in more people who will spam religion to the board. I sincerely don't want to see a shitload of DJ Hetz Hudson type mails of the religious variety pushing decent pics off the page...........that is my only concern but the idea is certainly woo yay and houpla.

i think the url isn't really necessary.
if you just had 'b3ta' ppl may be more curious, if they see a website they may instantly just out it down to some marketing.
Leave them wondering why you're doing it.

well,
its not as though we're going to give them out at churches. just at random people. if the admins wave anything to say about the addy, speak now: the reason i tell you all this, is so i dont do anything that would annoy (like put www.b3ta.com on them, and finding out that you didnt want that.). i mean no harm to b3tans, and as soon as i find the file, i shall show you its innocence.

Not really:
chasing pigeons with baguettes, these leaflets, and random christmas cards (at christmas funnily enough). Thats all we've got.
we tried the "staring at the top of a building, to distract passers by" but we just got sore necks.

I personally think
trying to make people question their religious beliefs is pretty futile but fair play to you. Religion isn't taken lightly in Glasgow so although you say it's harmless others might not agree. And unfortunately having a female with you never stops violence. Not having a go at you, just my tuppence worth;) I don't think you should connect it with B3ta though.
