back for a while
(Gary Barlow should write a song about it). I think I should be less busy in the run up to Christmas. My 'Boss' isn't too much of a worry, because I have my own office... The fact that sysadmin may be watching and listening is a bit of a concern (last week Prof UC spent 6 hours working and 35 hours on b3ta)
Glad to hear you're good though - and it feels nice to be back.
nice skirt!

Um, nope, but I've just completed the morning count-up...
It's taken me a while to decide upon how to compile the figures this week. I've finally gone for two polls: "Most important People", and "Most important Events" (thus Hitler would count toward's both himself in the first poll, and WWII in the second).
Most important people:
1st Hitler
2nd The Quo
=3rd JFK and Mort
Most important events:
1st WWII
2nd Moon landings
3rd WTC 9/11
=4th JFK assassination and Cruxifiction of Christ.
(Which on the whole is a bit cheery!)

Cook anything good last night? I made chicken and chestnut mushrooms in a chardonnay and garlic cream sauce topped with a layer of puff pastry. And then, just because I fancied it, I served it with...
...oven chips! :)

impressive!
last night my housemate shouted at me for always doing the cooking and never letting her, so I let her cook and had a distinctly average stir-fry...
