# hello there
long time no see
how'd you be?
(, Fri 10 Jun 2005, 23:48, archived)
# hello!
it has indeed been long
i think
that booze has done me wrong
and sleep
has made me tough and strong

i know
that once you've penned a song
i'd shrink
at the thought of not playing along
and weep
at the thought of a poem unpommed

(, Fri 10 Jun 2005, 23:51, archived)
# hooray!
beer and sleep
are both good things
when one's not
a b3ta-ing

alas i've had neither
for far too long
working too much
gone completely off song

but this weekend
sees a change of fortune
and my song will once again
be more in tune

i plan on spending it
making animation
to help pacify
my unhealthy fixation

and you?

# i'll be pleased to see
your animated things
they're guaranteed
to make me grin
i have got
bogged down with work
but once it's over
i'll post more, not just lurk!

# while we have so many cat owners online, I have a question
I have a lovely white cat that very rarely meows, but when she is happy and patted, makes a gutteral squawk. Something like "mu-gack!" "gik" "errrrr-kih-hik"
Anyone else's do this, or is mine just nuts?
(, Fri 10 Jun 2005, 23:58, archived)
# My dog doesn't
bark much. But when she does its a kind of "raaaaoooooooow" noise.

Hope this helps.

# Burmese cats are lully
Very clever. Quite chatty, but not as noisy as Siamese. And fluffy and lully.

Apart from when they bring you half a frog in the early hours of the morning, of course.

# Aw, it's a little browny cat
She looks exactly like our old one, Nutmeg. She even seems to have a patch of furless skin on her face where she was hit by a car or something.

OH MY GOD YOU'VE BROUGHT NUTMEG BACK TO LIFE WITH VOOOOODOOOO
