Late? Round here [Ipswich] they don't exist!
So it seems if you try to catch one after 3pm. It usually goes like this -
+ arrive at bus stop round about 3.40pm
+ the bus should be coming in 15 minutes
+ you wait 15 minutes. No bus turns up.
+ you wait another 15 minutes. Still no bus.
+ you wait 10 more minutes when the bus after the one you wanted to catch should be turning up. That one doesn't show up either.
+ 45 minutes after that, four buses jammed to the seams with commuters sail by and completely ignore you. You swear it's quicker to f*cking walk in this town.
Not that I'm at all frustrated, yknow.
No, not at all.
I've no reason to be frustrated - I use a bike instead.

I would, but for three reasons:
1) I can't afford a car.
2) I can't drive.
3) I can't afford driving lessons.
